But because every human life is finite, this limits the number of words a human can read in a life time. Thus, practically, the sum of word combinations IS finite, and capcaun is wrong, ahahaha! Further more, even if we assume that in the future man would have found a way to live forever, litterature would be dead, because every man will be Homer and Ulysses and it wouldn't matter anymore, as Borges also told us. The whole point of litterature is based on man's mortality. So the author was right after all, and capcaun was wrong.
